JOB DESCRIPTION
The Floor Supervisor will be responsible to oversee all duties associated in the Repair station and ensure operations meet standards set forth by management. This includes, training, mentoring, and ensuring employees complete daily responsibilities.
Coordinates with production manager and customer service to access workload, maintain standards, and resolve potential problems. Make recommendations on personnel, tooling, fixtures, equipment, and process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Work closely with team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Notify Management of any missing/damaged tooling required to perform daily task.
- Manage shelf-life items.
- Identify training requirements of technicians to meet current workload.
- Effectively assign workload to coordinate with production schedule.
- Meet production deadlines with little to no supervision.
- Schedule and assign workload in all respective shop.
QUALIFICATION
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 4 years related experience.
- Able to effectively navigate Quantum Data base.
- Excellent organization, Communication, and time management skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and adjust when priorities change.
- Follow all safety procedures and specifications.
- Must have problem solving and leadership skills.
- Must work overtime and weekends when required.
- Proficient understanding of component maintenance manuals.
- Able to maintain good working relationship with employees.
