**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated professional for the position "Assistant to the Manager" to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in, administrative tasks, collection calls to clients and errands for the office. **Duties:**

- Assist the Manager with new Clients, Data entry,

- Coordinate and schedule payments via collection calls made to current and past customers

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Call on Past Due customers for payment

- Manage office supplies and inventory Must have reliable personal vehicle to run errands

- Maintain front office and client area

- Answer phones with professional etiquette

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in collection calls

- Experience with data entry of collection calls and interface with customers

- Ability to communicate Pleasantly & effectively with customers Face to Face and on the telephone

- Excellent phone etiquette

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
