Pest Control Service Technicians conduct inspections, correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting and monitoring, and communicate regularly with customers and office personnel to ensure top quality customer service is provided.
We are seeking an outgoing, conscientious individual to fill the role of a Pest Control Service Technician. The Technician will manage an existing route of residential and commercial customers providing pest prevention, remediation and inspection services. They will also be responsible for growth of the route by consulting and offering recommended services using consultative sales techniques to secure new business. The Technician provides a friendly, cordial service, and works with our customers to build strong relationships and problem solve and recommend actions to prevent future pest control problems.
We are looking for individuals that like working independently in a busy environment, enjoy providing excellent customer service and sales, enjoy "being the expert," and can stay organized and attentive to detail without direct supervision.
No prior pest control experience is necessary as we provide a fully paid comprehensive training program, including state registration.
