REQUIREMENTS:

• • Covid Vaccine

  • 1 year Experience Minimum

  • BLS/CPR Certification

  • Updated PPD ( within 1 year)

  • Active RN License

  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for long hours without restrictions.

  • Must be able to bend and lift without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct patient care operations.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
• Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
• Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants, and nurse aides.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures and administer medications.
• Ensure all medical equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Address any patient concerns or complaints and escalate to appropriate management as needed.
