As a chart review nurse, you will review patient healthcare information and records. Your duties will include defining the level of care, determining the necessity of procedures related to diagnosis, and assessing discharge procedures.

A clinical reviewer monitors healthcare documents to ensure compliance before submitting to insurance companies. You will handle the daily responsibilities of checking medical records for appropriate criteria and providing the proper documentation.
