Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with various medical procedures. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as sonography and IV insertion
- Provide wound care and perform dressing changes
- Assist with tube feedings and ensure proper nutrition for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to hospital or home care standards and protocols
- Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and adults

Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of [state]
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience with various medical systems, such as electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
