Based out of our Cheektowaga, NY location, Scheduling Coordinators at First Choice assist and support our clients, physicians and examinees teams by scheduling and coordinating appointments.
This role is a full time position with a standard work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 p.m. It may be necessary to work overtime depending on business needs.
Compensation is up to $19.50/hour.
Schedulers come from all different backgrounds including customer service, sales support, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, call center, retail and more.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
