A Day in the life

On any given day at First Choice Dental, you can expect to encounter the following:

  • Checking in and out a variety of patients to be seen by the clinical staff
  • Verifying, updating and correcting patient information.
  • Examples: Insurance, personal and health information
  • Assist patients in scheduling any follow up visits they may need
  • Reviewing their estimate, scheduling appropriately.
  • Helping break down any barriers patients might have stopping them from getting treatment done.
  • Always looking ahead in the schedule and being prepared
  • Examples: Confirming appointments, filling available appointment slots
  • Communicating with team members constantly and continuously throughout the day
  • A fun paced environment that’s always a little different!
