A Day in the life
On any given day at First Choice Dental, you can expect to encounter the following:
- Checking in and out a variety of patients to be seen by the clinical staff
- Verifying, updating and correcting patient information.
- Examples: Insurance, personal and health information
- Assist patients in scheduling any follow up visits they may need
- Reviewing their estimate, scheduling appropriately.
- Helping break down any barriers patients might have stopping them from getting treatment done.
- Always looking ahead in the schedule and being prepared
- Examples: Confirming appointments, filling available appointment slots
- Communicating with team members constantly and continuously throughout the day
- A fun paced environment that’s always a little different!
