Are you an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a fulfilling role in the Pottstown region? First Children Services is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team. We have a Full Time Clinic based opportunity as well as a School District Based opportunity currently..

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Current BCBA Certification and LBS. (Can consider candidate who has begun the LBS process for the District based opportunity)
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively within a treatment team.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with children on the Autism spectrum.
  • Expertise: Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments, create programs and Behavior Intervention plans.
  • Assessments: Complete skill assessments such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS.
  • Training: Train and supervise school staff, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Engagement: Provide parent training to facilitate a collaborative approach to support children.
