Maintenance Technician needed for Woodland’s Edge Apartments a 209-unit property in Searcy, Arkansas. Prior maintenance experience is required, and HVAC license is preferred.

Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-in, diagnosing/repairing HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, electrical and day to day work orders for apartment maintenance.

Candidate must be professional, dependable, energetic and knowledgeable in all aspects of property maintenance. Candidate must also be able to pass a background check.

• 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance and/or mechanical repair
• HVAC experience preferred
• Swimming Pool certified preferred
• Must be willing to be on call per schedule
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
