First Call Temporary Services is Hiring a Receptionist Near Columbus, IN
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Will also perform some small AP/AR work. Has to be Bilingual in Spanish
Essential Duties/Responsibilities :
- A. Answer telephone and direct the caller to the appropriate department or facility.
- B. Greet and directs visitors
- C. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
- D. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS etc.)
- E. Enter expense reports into AP and help AR with collection calls
- Translate Documents into Spanish
- F. Communication Proficiency
- G. Collaboration Skills
- H. Customer Focus
- I. Flexibility
- English and Spanish
- H. High school diploma
- I. One year administrative experience
- J. Word and Excel
- Prior Bilingual Translator
- M. Associates degree
- N. Two years of related experience
