Title: IT Support Specialist

Reports to: CFO

FTE: Full-Time

Salary: $30-35 /Hourly DOE

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff and clinicians. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhance system performance, and maintain data security in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide technology solutions that comply with HIPAA guidelines to protect medical records.
• Consult with internal departments and external IT support as required.
• Manage IT needs for 150 employees, including but not limited to:
• Office computers
• Server management (QuickBooks and file server)
• iPads managed with MAS 360
• Cellphones
• Cloud-based software
• Basic office machines
• Wi-Fi network
• Comcast phone system VOIP
• Setup new users with hardware, logins, and other necessary items.
• Support onsite IT needs at Outlook Christian School.
• Monitor hardware, software, and system performance.
• Update computer software and upgrade hardware and systems.
• Maintain databases and ensure system security.
• Support business performance, dashboards, analytics, and spreadsheets.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
• 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• IT support: 3 years (Preferred)
• healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
