Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to mold remediation, restoration, and water damage restoration. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of the restoration industry and the ability to use various hand and power tools. Duties: - Perform mold remediation, restoration, and water damage restoration tasks - Build and restore damaged structures - Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks - Clean and sanitize affected areas - Conduct carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning - Assist with asbestos abatement when necessary Experience: - Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred - Familiarity with mold remediation, water damage restoration, and asbestos abatement procedures - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team If you are a motivated individual with experience in the restoration industry, we encourage you to apply for this Technician position.
