### Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of the children, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

### Responsibilities:

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures

### Experience:

- Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods
- Previous experience in babysitting, preschool, or daycare is preferred
- First aid certification is a plus
