Assured Quality Systems provides quality services to our clients such as Containment Rapid Response, Onsite Management, Liaison Support, and 3rd Party Sorting.

Work Environment :

• Work environments vary by industry and establishment size; some inspectors examine similar products for an entire shift, others examine a variety of items.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs. for the entire duration of your shift.

LOCATION : Georgetown, KY.

PAY RATE :

• 1st Shift : 7 : 30 am to 4 pm Monday-Saturday, pay $16.00 per hour.
• Paid weekly.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL SHIFT starting April 23, 2024
• Must have steel toe boots!

Quality Control Inspectors typically do the following :

• Read blueprints and specifications.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
• Accept or reject finished items.
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
• Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.

• Visually able to determine color, shape, and size of a part.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours plus.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Be able to travel to different job sites within a 10 mile radius to help meet production deadlines at other facilities, if needed.

Education & Experience Required :

• High School Diploma.
• Quality Control experience would be a plus preferred.
• 1-year experience in the automotive industry.
• 1-year experience with quality inspection experience preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing facilities.
