This is an entry level role within the Commercial Loan Department that provides a comprehensive introduction to First American Bank’s commercial environment. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is highly preferred. This six month training program will provide an opportunity to fully understand the Commercial Loan Department’s relationship to other areas of the bank, as well as an assessment of leadership skills and personal drive for results by completing rotations through different First American Bank departments and Commercial Loan Divisions. Upon successful completion of all aspects of training, the trainee will be placed on a team within the Commercial Loan Department.
