KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct in-person and collateral contacts multiple times per week with the child/adolescent and family, addressing behavioral health needs documented in the individual client record (ICR).
2. Provide intensive therapy services in the home (may be required to go to school, and community) according to frequency and modality based on assessed needs and unique circumstances.
3. Implement strength-based, family-driven approaches, involving the child/adolescent and family as equal partners in developing service plans and delivery.
4. Manage a caseload of twelve or less (when provided by a team of two) or six or less (when provided individually) over any six-month period.
5. Offer twenty-four-hour crisis response, with immediate availability, and collaborate on developing crisis and safety plans for each child/adolescent and family.
6. Collaborate with case managers, other child-serving agencies, systems, and community supports, ensuring culturally, ethnically, racially, and developmentally appropriate services.

2. Clinical competence in mental health interventions.
3. Familiarity with family systems, risk assessment, crisis stabilization, safety planning, parenting skills, and cultural competency.
