AGENTE BILINGÜE - PORTUGUES 

URGENTE

REQUISITOS:

• Escolaridad: Preparatoria Concluida – Licenciatura
• PORTUGUES AVANZADO – (oral y escrito)
• Estabilidad en anteriores empleos
• Experiencia: 2 años en atención a clientes remoto (vía telefónica, chat o mail), manejo y búsqueda de información en base de datos, análisis de datos, revisión de documentos, redacción de reportes, habilidad en captura de datos, buena ortografía.

ACTIVIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Realizar captura y redacción de reportes en Sistema.
• Validar legitimidad de los documentos.
• Validación de datos.
• Análisis de Información
