Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team.

As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of fire alarm systems for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire alarm systems
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service and repair jobs
  • Coordinate with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry codes, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Service Technician
  • Valid state-issued fire alarm certification or license
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and components
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repair of fire alarm systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
