JOB SUMMARY:

The DTC Retail Associate is a part-time position that will support the Retail Warehouse Manager by helping fulfill retail and beer orders for our Direct-to-Consumer and B2B platform.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pull materials, pack boxes and place completed orders in delivery area for pickup
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill immediate and ongoing inventory and shipping needs
• Provide excellent service by following organization standards of quality, and Firestone standards of shipping best-practices
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area and workstations neat; maintain a clean shipping supply area and comply with procedures, company rules and regulations
• Document any necessary updates to Retail Warehouse processes
• Receive and unpack merchandise orders; attach price tags on merchandise according to price list
• Assist with end of month inventory and aid in inventory management
• Process paperwork and file documents as necessary
• Run errands as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a retail merchandise position or similar preferred
• Must have Monday-Wednesday availability from 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. 
• Valid Driver License and auto insurance. Forklift certification.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to use logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
• Ability to follow direction well and learn quickly
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
