Part-time Leadership Recruiter - Food Industry
We are looking for a part-time Leadership Recruiter to join our team in the Food Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and sourcing talent, as well as a strong understanding of the food industry. This is great opportunity for strong recruiters looking for an opportunity to supplement their income from anywhere in the country on your own schedule. We pay the best commission's in the industry! Low performers earn 60k per year and top performers can earn up 15k per month working part time with FireStarters.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for leadership positions in the food industry
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews
- Negotiate and close job offers
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food industry
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing talent in the food industry
- Strong understanding of the food industry and its workforce needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various recruiting software
