Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow throughout the shift
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or issues
- Oversee food production and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Train new employees on job duties, policies, and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving productivity and profitability
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food service management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
