Essential Functions:

• Ensure compliance with all regulations
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Provide leadership aligned with Firehouse Subs Culture
• Create a cheerful work environment guided by our Values
• Maintain profitability by operating within guidelines
• Coach and train team members continuously
• Oversee fundraising for the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times
• Communicate effectively with District Manager and Franchisee

Qualifications:

• At least one continuous year of salaried restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Manager Certification (we'll help you get there)
• Professional references from past and present supervisors
