General Manager

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of the operation, including upholding brand standards, maintaining health regulations, maintaining pofitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the establishment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of customer service, and food production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to the industry.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
