Firehouse Lawn Care is Hiring a Lawn Care Worker Near Clermont, FL
Immediate hire for fulltime work. We are filling vacancies. We have been in business for close to 20 years. The job requires knowledge/usage of handheld equipment such as edgers, trimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers and eventually, mowers.
Start time is around 9am and the day ends around 5pm, depending on weather and if the job(s) is done. The job is a Monday - Friday gig meaning full time, not when it's convenient for you. You will be let go after the third strike. No call, no show is immediate dismissal. Sorry, just trying to be honest and not waste my time or yours. Weekend work may be needed (not required) if we get in-climate weather during the week. If we are caught up, we do additional work such as irrigation installs as well as tree work.
These will be payrolled positions so no 1099 or under the table cash shenanigans. Pay is bi-weekly, no exceptions. We do not payroll advance, again, no exceptions. Additional job perks will be discussed upon interviews. You will start at the posted rate and could receive a pay increase based on job performance and reliability. You will have a paid working interview. If you work out well for the company, you will be retained. If you don't work out, you will be notified at that time. Not trying to waste our time or yours.
We start and end our day in Clermont (34711) so you must have reliable transportation to and from. You will NOT be driving company vehicles, but we do expect you to be able to get to and from work. We are not your taxi. If this isn't possible, keep looking!
