Job Description: Host/Host

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Use RESY system to manage guest seating
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling reservations
- Familiarity with RESY system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
