Fire Safety Services is Hiring a Service Technician (Full-time in South Plainfield shop) Near South Plainfield, NJ
Requirements/Description:
- Most work performed on medium and heavy duty chassis – experience in these class trucks a plus.
- Experience working on fire or emergency vehicles is a plus.
- CDL preferred.
- ASE or EVT Certifications is a plus.
- Job entails routine preventative maintenance on chassis, pump, generators, aerials, repairs, vehicle HVAC work, and electrical work.
- Some work in tight spaces and lifting of moderate weights can be required at times.
- We do not rebuild engines or transmissions.
