Fiola da Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants by James Beard Award Winning and Michelin-Starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi is now hiring Captain / Lead Server for his award-winning restaurant in Washington, DC.

For the month of April and May Fiola will pay a $500 signing bonus to all captains who successfully complete the training process!

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant upscale server experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant / luxury hotel required (if you do not meet this requirement, please apply to our 'Assistant Captain' position for the opportunity to transition into this position)
• An appetite for providing memorable hospitality
• Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure
• Gracious and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
