Hello! Our Company is Outdoor Quarters, Luxury Custom Pergola Designers. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring the smooth operation of projects. We are responsible for building our luxury pergolas on clients properties, so we require a professional, client facing individual who can interact with clients as well as provide exemplary service in building their pergolas. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Assist with the installation of construction materials such as pipes, beams, and rebar
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
