We are looking for a Part-Time hourly or salaried employee to serve the Richland County and nearby areas to include Ontario, Mansfield, Ashland, Willard, Plymouth areas as needed. Tasks are flexible with Telehealth depending on clinical needs and funding source requirements. Must be available after-school/evenings. We don't believe in non-competes so we are happy to communicate with someone who is seeking a second position.
We currently provide in-home and community-based treatments and are working on opening a center-based program in Amherst, OH.
There is an opportunity to grow into a FT role with us if the role is a good fit, timeline to be determined. Will discuss hourly and salary possibilities during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessmNorents of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health
Skills:
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
