MUST be comfortable working with a young adult with an Autism Spectrum Disorder who can be super fun! Training provided. Comfort dealing with behaviors to include aggression with the appropriate training and support. You will work in the individual's residence facility.

Now hiring part-time candidate for above after school and evening therapy times. You’ll support your assigned learners in their homes or community settings, such as daycares, preschools, and schools. No stagnant office settings! Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach children of all ages a variety of skills that are meaningful for them. Some examples of these skills that might pertain to your learner are: communicating effectively with others, asking for their wants and needs, following directions, completing daily living skills, and interacting and playing with peers. You might teach a child how to say their 1st words, how to play with their friends, or how to take care of themselves. And we teach you how to harness the power of science to do this through play!

We provide the training! We provide an opportunity for you to learn everything you need to know about Autism and ABA therapy. We will also provide the training you need to prepare you to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board. We can teach the right candidates how to be exceptional technicians for these children.

Ourhourly pay is above industry standards and determined by degree and experience.

The ABA Therapist / RBT / Behavior Therapist works in home and community with children, adolescents, with autism and other developmental disabilities. Behavioral Therapists implement protocols, take reliable data, and work closely with members of the client’s team.

Required Education and Experience

1. Previous experience working with children

5. Strong commitment to providing quality behavior analytic programming.

6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated to teach and learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis.
