Summary
This position is responsible for evaluating data from different sources assisting with gearing HD programs to better meet the needs of the community. Specifically, this position will work with departmental supervisors to identify data sources for various programs, collate and review data for accuracy and quality, perform preliminary analyses, and create reports to guide programmatic activities. This position will also work with Departmental supervisors and Community Health Educator to identify areas of need/change and determine avenues for responding better to changing internal and external needs. Will help develop communication/educational materials to meet identified need and help deliver the same. May assist with community engagement processes. This position will also help perform epidemiological disease investigations per Department/KDHE protocol, and work with the Charge Nurse to track disease trends. Will assist with response to COVID-19, and any other emerging health concerns. This position is under the direct supervision of the HD Director and/or his/her designee.
