We’re looking for a recent graduate to join our Midwest team as an Account Coordinator to support clients within the K12 and Higher Education sector, including edtech, curriculum, school safety and security, tutoring, professional development, and more. This is a full-time, permanent position at FINN Partners that will be based in the Madison, Wisconsin office. Candidates for this hybrid position should be located in Madison or Chicago and have six months of relevant internship experience. Agency experience is a plus.
Job Summary: As an Account Coordinator on our team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple client accounts, handling building and maintaining media lists, establishing media relationships, influencer engagement, conducting industry research, and drafting media materials. We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate strong communication and time management skills and showcase an ability to consistently manage deadlines.
