DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) and Dynamics 365 to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency by leveraging your knowledge and experience in Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and solutions. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making and supporting the successful implementation of BI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, objectives , and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with IT and Business Partners to understand business requirements in BI context and convert data into useful insights.
- Design, aid in develop ment , and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a n Analyst, working with finance or operations, preferably with a focus on Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft BI tools, including Power BI .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Solid understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and business processes and best practices across various industries.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.
