Assistant Store Manager
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales
- Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail environment is required
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team of employees
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Administrative skills, including record keeping and report generation
