Finger Lakes Health is Hiring an Agency Staffing Coordinator Near Geneva, NY
We are looking for an Agency Staffing Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm 40 hours per week. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position, offering the potential for growth within the Human Resource Department.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with juggling multiple priorities at once, and the ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
Responsibility SummaryThe Agency Staffing Coordinator, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, will coordinate with MSP (Master Service Provider) to obtain temporary staffing when requested by department managers and directors.
ExperienceMinimum: 1-year experience recruiting and/or onboarding, or working in a Human Resources Environment. Experience with Excel.
Preferred: Experience with recruiting and/or onboarding CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
EducationMinimum: Associates Degree in Human Resources or Related Field.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field.
Salary Range: $20.10-$23.10
