Finger Lakes Dental Care is looking for a full-time Regional Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who will be a leader to all of our Office Managers and ensure each location is running smoothly. 

Expected outcomes:

• Understand the basics of dentistry.
• Support and train office managers
• Be competent using Open Dental Software.
• Understand all scorecard numbers.
• Lead bi-weekly level 10 Office Manager meetings.
• Understand all monthly accounting reports.
• Fully understand all software used by all administrative roles in every office.
• Complete all Office Manager 1 on 1 reviews.
• Help raise and maintain 20% profitability in each office.

Tuesday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Friday 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
