Finesse Dental is seeking a highly motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Specialist to join our team. As the Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their dental treatment journey.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for dental treatments, consultations, and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and financial options, helping them make informed decisions about their dental care.
  • Work closely with the dental team to facilitate communication and ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including treatment plans, insurance information, and payment details.
  • Assist with front office duties, including greeting patients, managing patient files, and processing payments.
  • Collaborate with the current treatment coordinator to ensure smooth operations of the front office and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience.
  • Orthodontic knowledge is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in dental software systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
