Fine Touch Painting LLC. is looking for a Forman/lead painter to join our crew. While some construction companies' slowdown in the winter we stay busy all year. We paint interior and exterior residential and light commercial. Most of our work is residential re-paints. We are a family-oriented company, so we don't travel more than 30 minutes from our South Williamsport shop. We are always back at the shop no later than 4:30. We don't work weekends as the owner's daughter plays soccer year-round, and he loves supporting her games. Our team is highly efficient at what we do but we also love to have fun at work. If your sensitive or have to be PC your probably not going to fit in here. But if your looking for a low stress enjoyable job this may be the right fit for you!

Responsibilities:

*Brush and roll walls

*Paint doors and trim

*Spray primer on New construction walls

*Spray trim

*Spray siding or other exteriors

*Staining trim and siding

*Mixing and reducing epoxies

*Cooperate in safety meetings

*Manage 2-4 guys

*Insure safe work habits are being used

*Insure jobsite is clean

*Report weekly hours and job status

*Order materials as needed

Requirements:

*Must pass a drug screening

*Must possess a current drivers license and vehicle

*Must have 5 years professional painting experience

*Forman/Lead in a construction field a plus

*High School diploma or GED

*Must be able bodied

*Sprayer experience a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
