Job Description: Lawn Care Crew Member

Overview:

Join our team as a Lawn Maintenance Worker, where you'll contribute to our mission of providing exceptional mowing services to residential clients in Boise and Meridian. Responsibilities:

- Perform regular lawn mowing for residential clients on a weekly basis.

- Operate and maintain lawn mowing equipment safely and efficiently.

- Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

- Adhere to schedules and routes for timely completion of mowing services.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in lawn maintenance preferred but not required.

- Ability to operate lawn mowing equipment effectively.

- Able to consistently lift 50 pounds over shoulder

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Reliable transportation.

Schedule:

This full-time position offers Monday through Friday scheduling, providing a stable and consistent work routine. 30-40 hours per week. Start time is usually around 8:00am.
