We are Fine Fettle, and we are growing to bring important medication to the patients of Georgia. We would love to hear from you!
Fine Fettle is a locally-owned, multi-state cannabis company that is one of only six businesses licensed by the state of Georgia to cultivate, manufacture, and dispense medical cannabis! Our mission is to create comfort in cannabis by providing a superior, customized cannabis experience and great products to help enable customers and patients to realize cannabis' full potential to improve their lives. To make this happen, we are looking for like-minded employees to assist us in educating the people of Georgia about the new medical program and the healing benefits of cannabis
Fine Fettle will be a first mover in the Georgia medical cannabis market as we begin to open our first dispensaries this summer in Atlanta and expand across the state over the year. Our state of the art 118,000 square foot cultivation, processing, and manufacturing facility in Macon-Bibb County is fully operational and the hub of our distribution to the retail locations across the state.
About the Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our dispensary to assist the General Manager (GM) in managing and running store operations. The AGM manages the various teams within the store in order to ensure efficient and accurate operations. AGM duties include supporting the GM with scheduling workflow, training store employees, improving store culture, and achieving the store’s highest priority goals.
This role also partners extensively with marketing to help grow the market within the state including: participating in local customer acquisition initiatives and customer engagements and representing the company at local relevant groups and organizations.
The ideal person for this role has experience managing teams and operations in fast-paced retail environments. Success in this role requires a combination of leadership and management skills, able to eagerly participate in day-to-day work alongside staff without losing sight of the store’s most important goals. The most effective candidates in this role will be able to identify faults in store operations through operational and data analysis, and to effectuate change for continuous process improvement.
