Findlay Automotive is one of the largest & fastest growing automotive groups in Southwest U.S. We are currently seeking a qualified top candidate to fill an Office position in Prescott, Arizona. This is an entry level position with room for advancement. Previous dealership experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Earn up to $21 / hour based on experience!

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Assist with processing contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Scan and file deals, titles, receipts
• Assist in stocking in and titling vehicles
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
• Data Entry 

QUALIFICATIONS

• General office experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Clean Background/ Drug Screen Required
