Find Great People is Hiring a Retail Center Manager Near Chester, SC

Are you a self starter, looking for a company that feels like you're apart of a family? Are you a hard worker with an outgoing personality? We are seeking a Retail Center Manager to join a growing team in Chester, SC. This person will be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring a highly effective sales team in a retail environment leading the residential retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for interviewing, training, developing and inspiring new and tenured retail sales members to success
  • Creates a culture of continuous learning and sales development through “in the moment” and formal coaching, role-playing, team huddles, web based training and objective performance management
  • Perform lead generation and account penetration activities in new service areas, subdivisions and support community events
  • Manage sales leads assigned to sales representatives and success in closing those leads
  • Build a sales team that can review accounts to find areas that are mutually beneficial to the customer and the company through increased services to the customer
  • Communicates corporate policies and updated processes and procedures to team members in a timely manner
  • Observe in-person customer interactions and review inbound/outbound calls
  • Required to travel between assigned stores on a weekly basis
  • Holds monthly one-on-ones and annual performance reviews centered on high-level sales performance and customer service
  • Provides assistance to front line, may include weekend/evening hours – normally less than 50% of time
  • Prepares work schedules designed to maintain adequate staffing for predicted volume Implements and enforces cash management and inventory management policies and procedures
  • Attend TruVista sales meetings and sales training to stay up-to-date on the latest product and pricing developments, business trends, and regulations in the marketplace
  • Ensures the retail centers meets TruVista merchandising and branding standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in related field-preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of successful management experience in telecommunication/wireless is preferred
  • Three to five years of sales experience in a retail environment
  • Must have reliable transportation, as travel to other retail locations is required
  • Knowledge of NISC, ESS payroll systems and Omnia/Oasis order-processing systems is a plus but not required, training will be provided

Compensation:

  • $50K-$55K base salary (at goal) $850/month and uncapped
