Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare maps and reports, and provide accurate data for construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of infrastructure projects and ensure their successful implementation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, sketches, maps, and legal descriptions
- Analyze survey data and perform calculations to establish property boundaries
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning and design
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports, drawings, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain survey equipment in proper working condition

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, MicroStation, Trigonometry, Schematics, Revit, Algebra, GPS, GIS, Civil 3D
- Strong mathematical skills with a solid understanding of geometry and trigonometry
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
- Ability to interpret legal descriptions and survey records
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
