The Human Resources Generalist I position earns an hourly wage of 20.00/hour .

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HUAMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST I:
As a Human Resources Generalist I, you will work under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Human Resources, providing administrative support to the entire human resources department and its customers. Assist with the administration of the day- to- day operations of the HR functions and duties. Will have some responsibility for recordkeeping, FMLA, and any other functions that enable the department to perform at a successful level. Also, will serve as a backup as the benefit coordinator for orientation, enrollment, bill audits, assist with open enrollment process, and serve as a backup for other generalist, and any other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years in HR or SHRM certification with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in HR
