Find Great People | FGP is Hiring an Administrative & Sales Support Specialist Near Greenville, SC

We are seeking a professional Administrative & Sales Support Specialist in Greenville, SC . This is a permanent/Direct Hire position with benefits. The position is onsite 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a prior background in administrative work and will have basic accounting knowledge.

Description:

  • Work with the sales department
  • Input and process new orders
  • Load new clients into system
  • Manage monthly charges
  • Assist with administrative and client services tasks
  • Assist with reporting in Excel
  • Record entries in QuickBooks
  • Track data across multiple spreadsheets, and analyze accounting data
  • Issue sales transaction invoices

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Client services and administrative background

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000- 55,000
  • Employer sponsored insurance plan
