The Role / Position Overview

The facilities intern will help oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a office. They may also conduct and maintain office inventories, document processes and procedures. Liaise with vendors, building personnel and staff across the business.

Key Responsibilities

•Document processes for department and for all offices across the US. NY, DC, SF and Houston

•Assist for indoor event planning.

•Mail sortation, and shipping mail or packages to staff

•Create, change, grant access to staff security access cards

•Assist in setting up of mailings for marketing

•Manage office supplies, pantry, and normal consumables. Place orders if necessary

•Support all departments with building functions•Greet staff and visitors at front desk.

Requirements

•Detail oriented

•Must be customer-service oriented

•Must be able to lift, pull and push over 50 lbs repeatedly

•Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced

•This is a full time seasonal position

Further Information

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $16/hr. To ensure pay fairness, the successful candidate will be offered a salary within the estimated salary range based on a number of considerations including but not limited to: skill set; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organisational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for our NYC office and has not been adjusted for other locations
