People helping people. That’s the core value of what credit unions do every day. Our MSRs are the face of the credit union and have a direct impact in helping members improve their financial lives. Sure, you’ll be doing teller transactions but it so much more.
Our Tellers/MSRs are the initial contact with our members, you’ll be cheerfully greeting each member upon their arrival to the branch. Presenting a professional appearance with our business casual dress code will assist in empowering you to provide superior member service and confidence. Providing excellent unbiased member service is in our DNA. You’ll be helping members with basic transactions face to face and over the phone, answering member inquiries, problem solving and promoting credit union products and services. Rotating weekends 845am-12pm will be required, with a half-day off during the week to compensate for the time.
We are looking for the person that likes to go above and beyond to provide our members outstanding customer service. You must communicate well, have customer service skills and be reliable.
Salary $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
