Financial Grade is looking for an upbeat individual who is hardworking, reliable, and committed to doing their best every day to join our growing Contracting team at our Brentwood, TN office! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing excellent Customer Service by answering incoming Agent calls & emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • You are the point person for all Agent questions, problems, and concerns!
  • Outbound calling to Agents for campaigns, to collect RSVP’s for events and other projects.
  • Completing contracting with carriers for all internal and external Agents.
  • Ensuring all in-house Sales Representatives are licensed and licenses are up to date.
  • State Appointment maintenance and submission for internal and external Agents and all Carriers.
  • Acquiring new state licenses as needed.
  • Ensuring all internal Representatives and Agencies have completed certifications yearly.
  • Assisting external Agents with certifications and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Following up on lead inquiries for potential new Agents.
  • Processing Agent enrollment applications.
  • Agent recruiting; contacting current and prospective Agents for contracting with our organization.
  • Working closely with President/CEO to develop and maintain relationships with Carriers.
  • Act as the first point of contact with Agents and partnerships to develop sales initiatives to drive FG business.
  • Facilitate and maintain positive relationships with FG Agents and GA’s to promote their business; weekly conference calls, explaining FG opportunities, and provide high touch service.
  • Point person for Health Underwriter Associations; organizing participation in events, advertising, sponsorship and promotion of events to Agents.
  • Communicating updates from Carriers and scheduling trainings.
  • Continuously updating contracting training manuals.
  • AHIP, Carrier Certification, and Continuing Education monitoring/tracking for internal and external team.
  • Conducting webinars, small group, and one-on-one training sessions with internal and external team.
  • Attending Agent training and recruiting events (on occasion), representing the company and obtaining new relationships.
  • Multitasking daily; being able to accomplish multiple projects at a time whether ongoing or deadline project.
  • Keeping an organized activity log utilizing CRM
  • Back up to all Admin duties, including answering incoming calls and fielding appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of administrative/clerical and/or credentialing, licensing, or contracting experience
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; preference given to candidates who are fluent in Spanish as well.
  • Professional and personable demeanor

  • Proficiency with all MS Office applications
  • Excellent multi-tasker
  • Eagerness to learn new tasks and grow with the company
