Tax Researcher

• Contact municipality to confirm who are the tax collectors and how much tax certifications cost
• Prepare paperwork to obtain tax certs, current and delinquents, as well as lienable utilities.
• When documents are received put into tax sheet for closing department.
• Ability to talk on phone as calling tax collectors and utilities will be a need
